Clinical Experience

3 years of online counseling practice working with individuals dealing with;

  • - Anxiety
  • - Depression
  • - Addictions & bad habits
  • - Emotional problems
  • - Relationship issues
  • - Career & professional related issues

I assist individuals in gaining greater insight, understanding, and awareness of their lives. Focusing on ways to help them improve upon their strengths and address areas of weakness, allowing them to realize personal goals.

I utilize the Integrative approach to therapy as taught by the Derner Institute for Advanced Psychological Studies, which utilizes different theoretical styles (behavioral, dynamic or insight oriented, and cognitive) and fuses them to what is best suited to the clients specific presenting problems as opposed to using one single theoretical approach in each client's case.

I also bring a coaching perspective to my practice for clients who prefer to work with a coach rather than a counselor.

Video Introduction

What is Etherapy?

Etherapy, also known as e-counseling, tele-therapy, or cyber-counseling, is a relatively new development in mental health in which a therapist or counselor provides psychological advice and support over the Internet.

While E-therapists cannot diagnose or treat mental illness online, they can offer guidance and advice to people experiencing problems in relationships, work, or life.
